What we publish
The Anthropic IPO overview summarizes the status. The date guide explains milestones. The price guide combines pricing definitions with an editable scenario calculator. The filing guide identifies the scope of the reviewed offering information.
Pages are prepared under the IPO Radar site identity. We do not claim a named financial analyst, professional credential or company affiliation that is not established here.
Sources and verification
The company-specific fact snapshot uses Anthropic’s June 1 draft-filing announcement and October 26 public-filing announcement. General IPO explanations link to the SEC’s investor bulletin. Each source supports a specific kind of statement; a brief announcement is not a substitute for reviewing financial statements.
“Not confirmed in our reviewed source” is a statement about our evidence. It is not a claim that no information exists anywhere. The filing page discloses the limits of its review rather than filling gaps with secondary financial numbers.
Updates, dates and corrections
This is an editorial snapshot, not a continuously monitored news feed. “Source reviewed” identifies the cutoff of the source review. “Page updated” refers to the article itself. A filing or trading date belongs in the event timeline and does not automatically become the page’s modification date.
When revising a fact, retain the original event date, cite the new source, update the relevant snapshot and note material changes in the guide’s revision record. A new calendar day alone is not a reason to mark content as newly reviewed.
How the calculator treats assumptions
The calculator does not load a private share price or forecast an offering. Its starting equity value and share count are examples. It uses equity value divided by diluted shares, with optional price-to-sales based on the annual revenue assumption you enter. Changing a field changes the sensitivity calculation, not the company’s disclosures.
Shared links contain the scenario inputs in a URL fragment. Exported CSV files label the cases as illustrative. The tool does not take investment orders, connect to a brokerage or assess whether an investment is suitable for you.
Independence and use
Company names are used to identify the business discussed. IPO Radar is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Nasdaq or the SEC. Read original offering documents for their full context. Our information and scenarios are educational material, not a live quote, a solicitation or personalized investment advice.
